What You'll Do

We are seeking a motivated veteran to join our team as a Trainee Real Estate Appraiser. This role is designed for individuals looking to obtain their New Jersey appraisal license while gaining hands-on experience under the supervision of a certified appraiser.

What We're Looking For

• Assist in property inspections and data collection
• Conduct market research and analyze comparable sales
• Support the preparation of appraisal reports
• Learn industry standards, regulations, and valuation methods
• Work closely with a supervising appraiser to meet state licensing requirements

Skills

• Military veteran
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Willingness to learn and complete required coursework for NJ appraisal licensing
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
