State Certified Residential Appraiser - San Antonio, Texas

Rives Valuation Services, Inc. dba: Appraisal Shop is currently looking for licensed residential appraisers in the greater San Antonio Area.

Appraisal Shop is a Texas-owned appraisal firm and is experiencing high demand for our services in the greater San Antonio area. We are looking for certified appraiser and licensed appraiser to assist in handling the volume of appraisal assignments being received.

Employees with our firm receive health insurance, paid FICA, and benefits. We have a professional operations staff that assists with day-to- day support, allowing our appraisers to focus on delivering the high-quality appraisals and reliable service our clients have come to expect.

This is an excellent opportunity for a new appraiser to develop experience with a variety of assignments with senior appraiser guidance, grooming for future complex assignments and potential branch growth and leadership.

San Antonio is experiencing exceptional growth and demand for quality appraisers.

Our appraisal firm model of appraisal management is appreciated by the local market participants and lenders. We have commitments from multiple lenders for preferential access to nearly $1 billion in loan production projected this year.

This is a commission based position.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
