Qualifications:
- Licensed or certified appraiser
- Strong valuation and data analysis skills
- Experience with appraisal software and compliance standards
- Excellent communication and teamwork
- Knowledge of FHA/VA guidelines preferred
- Bachelor’s degree a plus
