Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Review Appraiser located in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill Area. The Review Appraiser will be responsible for conducting property valuation reviews, analyzing data, and ensuring compliance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), NC Appraisal Laws and NCDOT ROW Appraisal Guidelines.

Qualifications

• USPAP and Real Estate Appraisal skills
• Analytical Skills and Valuation experience
• Experience in property appraisal and review processes
• Strong attention to detail and quantitative skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, or related field required
• Certification as a NC General Real Estate Appraiser required
