Worth Valuation Services is a national Appraisal Management Company that has relocation management companies and lender clients. We are growing and have an opening for a residential licensed or certified review appraiser in the greater Cleveland area.
Job Overview
The position is hybrid-remote minimum two days in the office and includes salary and benefits including, medical, paid time off, 401k and reimbursement for continuing education (CE) and license renewal. The role requires review of mortgage and relocation appraisals. These reviews are largely system based administrative revies.
Minimum Qualifications
8 years licensed/certified appraiser in good standing in any state
5 years review experience (bank, asset management company, AMC, lender)
3 years of relocation-type review experience (including the WERC appraisal form) preferred, but not to work independently
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, using various system portals and Teams
