Responsibilities
- Assist in collecting detailed property data through site visits, measurements, photographs, and research of property records
- Analyzing market trends, comparable sales, and neighborhood data to determine property values
- Conduct preliminary inspections of residential properties to gather relevant information for appraisal reports
- Learn to utilize geographic information systems (GIS) tools for mapping and spatial analysis related to property locations
- Help prepare clear, accurate financial reports and appraisal summaries in accordance with industry standards and Fair Housing regulations
- Maintain organized records of all data collection activities, reports, and correspondence for audit purposes
Experience

Compensation & Benefits:
- 100% commission-based position (high earning potential as you grow)

Requirement for trainee license: Complete 75–87 hours of coursework for the State of Washington. Start as a trainee and work your way up to a Certified Residential Appraiser.
