KB Valuations is a local Tampa company, owned by experienced appraisers. Our goal is to provide stellar customer service while developing accurate valuations of a variety of residential property types.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Residential Real Estate Appraiser or appraiser trainee in the Greater Tampa area, most ideally in the St. Petersburg/Pinellas area, or South Tampa. The appraiser will conduct on-site property inspections, then research and analyze property data and prepare detailed appraisal reports from a remote or home office location.

Qualifications

At a minimum must have completed Florida's pre-licensing courses and is in need of a supervisor to complete training in order to advance to Certified Residential Appraiser.
Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends and property values
Excellent attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to work independently
Certification or license as a Real Estate Appraiser in the state of Florida
Familiarity with appraisal software and industry tools is a plus
On-site and virtual training will be provided
