Role Description

This a 1099 position. Appraiser MUST use TOTAL SOFTWARE. The appraiser will be responsible for conducting property inspections, producing accurate and well-supported property valuation reports, and adhering to established appraisal standards including USPAP. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing market trends, assessing property conditions, and collaborating with clients and real estate professionals to ensure precise appraisals.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Real Estate Appraisal, Residential Real Estate, and familiarity with industry regulations
• Comprehensive knowledge of USPAP guidelines and appraising methodologies
• Strong Analytical Skills and attention to detail for accurate property evaluation
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients professionally
• Proficiency in appraisal software and tools
• Licensure or certification as a Residential Real Estate Appraiser in Ohio
• Proven experience in residential property appraisals
