Residential Real Estate Appraiser

Are you an experienced residential real estate appraiser? We're looking for a motivated individual to join our team serving King County and surrounding areas in Washington State—experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect residential properties to evaluate condition, features, and quality.
Analyze comparable sales and market data to determine value.
Prepare formal appraisal reports with supported value conclusions.
Work with our team to ensure clients are well taken care of.
