What You’ll Do:

• Complete residential appraisals in compliance with USPAP, federal, and state guidelines
• Deliver top-tier customer service while maintaining integrity and confidentiality
• Provide proactive updates and communicate promptly with clients and internal teams
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction
• Stay current with ongoing training and industry best practices

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed or Certified Residential Appraiser (good standing required)
• Deep knowledge of local residential markets and property types
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• FHA or VA approval a plus
• Prior experience as a staff appraiser preferred
