Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Woodbury, MN for a Residential Appraiser Trainee / Administrative Support. The individual in this role will assist with property appraisals, evaluate residential real estate, provide valuation services, and support appraisers in their tasks. Administrative support duties will include maintaining records, scheduling appointments, and handling client communications.

Qualifications

Skills in Real Estate Appraisal, Appraisal, and Valuation
Experience with Residential Real Estate and Appraising
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in computer applications and appraisal software
Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
