Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Atlantic & Cape May counties, for a Real Estate Appraiser Trainee/Apprentice. The Appraiser Trainee/Apprentice will assist in performing residential real estate appraisals, conducting property inspections, gathering and analyzing market data, preparing appraisal reports, and supporting the lead appraiser in various tasks. The role involves collaborating with team members and gaining hands-on experience in the field of real estate appraisal.

Qualifications

Experience or education in Real Estate Appraisal and Residential Real Estate
Strong Analytical Skills and ability to conduct Valuation
Attention to detail and accuracy
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and on-site
Relevant certification or coursework in real estate appraisal is a plus
