Real Estate Appraiser Trainee or Data Specialist

This is a part-time to full-time role for a Residential Real Estate Appraiser trainee and/or a Data Specialist located in Southeastern, WI. Our headquarters are in Waukesha, WI but some work from home is acceptable after training period. The Real Estate Appraiser trainee will be responsible for assisting with property appraisals, associated field work, analyzing property market data, determining property values, and preparing detailed valuation reports. The appraiser will focus on residential real estate and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal Data Specialist will be responsible for researching assignment related data, verifying accuracy and reporting to appraisal related software utilizing for assignment completion.

Initial training period is paid hourly and is estimated to take 120 to 160 hours. Salary will be given upon training completion and is fee-split commission based or commission based per report data entry completion. Vacation and benefits are available. They will be based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

Analytical Skills for evaluating property data and market trends
Some knowledge in Residential Real Estate and Valuation methodologies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High School Diploma
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
