Job Summary:

Integra Realty Resources (IRR) is seeking driven, detail-oriented individuals to join our growing real estate valuation team in Kansas City. This position will help facilitate our national healthcare team as well as our local general commercial real estate appraisers. This is an in-office role working alongside experienced appraisers and analysts in a dynamic environment where collaboration and problem-solving thrive. You will be fully trained in our appraisal methodology and have the chance to advance with strong performance. We reward self-motivated team players who can work efficiently under tight deadlines. Working up to a real estate appraiser is a natural progression where earning opportunity can significantly increase for motivated and efficient individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research on properties
Interact with brokers and other market participants
Gather and analyze data on rents, occupancy, taxes etc.
Populate Excel models and contribute to databases
Engage with clients and stakeholders as needed
Participate in team collaboration

Compensation and Benefit package:

Must be able to work full-time from our Kansas City office.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree
Familiarity with real estate industry preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel)
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
Professional communication skills
