Role Description

We are currently seeking a motivated individual for a full-time, entry-level Appraiser Trainee position, serving Atlantic, Cape May, Burlington, Camden, and Gloucester counties in New Jersey. This is an excellent opportunity to begin a career in real estate valuation under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed appraisers in property inspections
• Help prepare detailed valuation reports
• Support market analysis, selection of comparable properties, and report reconciliation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a focus in business, finance, economics, real estate, or a related analytical field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable using computers; proficiency with Microsoft Office is a plus
• Previous real estate experience is helpful but not required
