Job Description

We’re looking for a dependable and motivated Appraiser or Trainee Appraiser to join our team in the Fort Smith or Van Buren area. This is a flexible position with opportunities to learn, grow, and advance in the appraisal field.

What You’ll Do

• Perform residential property inspections
• Research and analyze market data
• Complete appraisal reports that meet USPAP standards
• Communicate with lenders, clients, and team members
• Manage your time effectively and maintain professionalism in all interactions

What We’re Looking For

• Arkansas Certified or Licensed Appraiser OR currently registered/eligible as a Trainee Appraiser
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Good written and verbal communication
• Computer skills (Microsoft Office, MLS, appraisal software)
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

Pay

Compensation is Based on production, commission-based
