Role Description

This is a part-time/full-time, on-site role/hybrid role for a Real Estate Appraiser, based in St. Petersburg, FL. The Real Estate Appraiser will be responsible for conducting property inspections, evaluating real estate properties, gathering and analyzing data, and preparing detailed appraisal reports. The appraiser will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications

Real Estate Appraisal and Appraisal skills
Analytical Skills and Valuation skills
Experience in Residential Real Estate
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field
Certified General Appraiser,

Certified Residential Appraiser, Certified Appraiser Trainee

or equivalent certification is preferred
