Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Real Estate Appraiser Quality Control Reviewer. The primary responsibilities include reviewing residential appraisals to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with industry standards. The role involves validating valuation methodologies, ensuring detailed and consistent reporting, and collaborating with appraisers and team members to resolve discrepancies. The Quality Control Reviewer will play a critical part in maintaining the reliability and professionalism that The Appraisal Hub is known for.

$20 per hour

Qualifications

Current appraiser license or certification REQUIRED
Strong expertise in Real Estate Appraisal, Appraisal Review, and Valuation practices
Experience in Residential Real Estate and knowledge of valuation standards
Exceptional Analytical Skills to identify inconsistencies or discrepancies in appraisal reports
Familiarity with industry-specific technology and software systems
High attention to detail and a focus on accuracy and quality
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
