Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Appraiser located in the Hampton Roads, Virginia Metropolitan Area. The Real Estate Appraiser will be responsible for conducting property appraisals, analyzing real estate market data, providing accurate property valuations, and producing detailed appraisal reports. Day-to-day tasks include inspecting properties, conducting market research, gathering and analyzing data, and preparing comprehensive appraisal documents. The appraiser will also maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications

Real Estate Appraisal and Appraisal skills
Analytical Skills for data gathering and analysis
Experience in Residential Real Estate and Valuation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Familiarity with appraisal software and tools
Licensed or certified appraiser preferred
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or related field
