Real Estate Appraiser

Researches property characteristics through the use of a CAMA system, blueprints and a mapping system. Appraises parcels through on-site inspections and calculates property values. Records data necessary for appraisals, including detailed observation as to quantity, quality and type of construction components. Defends the appraisal of property at the local and county boards of equalization as well as at the state or court level as directed. Answers off and on-site inquiries to provide information concerning the appraisal, assessment as well as the tax processes. You must submit a county job application with your resume to be considered.

Pay: $25.24 - $27.00 per hour
