Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Appraiser Apprentice, based in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The apprentice will assist in conducting property appraisals, gathering and analyzing market data, preparing appraisal reports, and supporting the valuation process for residential and commercial properties. The role also includes collaboration with senior appraisers and team members to ensure compliance with industry standards and guidelines. You must have a valid driver's license and access to a automobile for this position.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Real Estate Appraisal and Appraisal techniques
Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends and property data
Knowledge of Residential Real Estate and property valuation methods
Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or a related field is preferred
Some experience or coursework in real estate appraisal is a plus
