Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Appraiser Apprentice located in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Real Estate Appraiser Apprentice will be responsible for assisting in property valuations, home and commercial building inspections, and analyzing market trends.

You must have a valid drivers license and access to a car to apply for this position.

Qualifications

Skills in Real Estate Appraisal and Valuation
Proficient Analytical Skills
Experience in Residential Real Estate
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, or related field preferred
Ability to work on-site in the New York City Metropolitan Area
Familiarity with market research and data collection techniques
