Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Appraiser Apprentice located in the New York City Metropolitan Area. This position is primarily a property inspection job so you must have a valid driver's license and access to a car to apply for this position. The apprentice will assist in the appraisal process, conduct property inspections, analyze real estate data, and prepare valuation reports. The role involves working closely with senior appraisers to gain hands-on experience and develop a comprehensive understanding of the real estate appraisal process.

Qualifications

Real Estate Appraisal and Valuation skills
Analytical skills for assessing property data
Experience or knowledge in Residential Real Estate
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in relevant software and tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or related field is a plus
