QC Analyst / Review Appraiser

Duties and Responsibilities

• Analyze automated reviews and perform manual quality control checks of appraisals to ensure industry recognized best practices, USPAP minimum standards, lender specific requirements, GSE/HUD guidelines as well as compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Utilize previous experience to assess reports for any potential areas of concern and be resourceful in locating additional information that may be needed to assist panel members in resolving any issues or concerns.
• Communication with our panel of appraisers when necessary.
• Manage and prioritize caseloads of pending and active appraisals.
• Stay up to date on relevant Appraisal related practices.
• Keep updated on all client specific requirements.

• Ability to produce creative ideas to ameliorate customer service standards.

Education and Qualifications

• Previous QC/review work preferable
• Ability to work remotely
• One full weekend per month required
