We buy and sell vacant property across the United just moved into our brand new office building in Lakewood Ranch, FL and we are looking to add to our team! We are a small Company with about 20 employees, and we are growing. This is a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor.

We are looking for a in house property appraiser for our Lakewood Ranch office.

We buy vacant real estate across the country. The primary responsibility for this position is to work with our sales team to evaluate and price vacant real estate so the sales team can make a fair offer.

This is all done virtually using different software programs and local county GIS programs. We will train you to perform all needed tasks.

There are no license requirements and we will provide all training.

We start everyone at $18.00 an hour + Bonus for purchased property. After a few weeks you should be making $1000.00 to $1400.00 a week on average.

Annual target is $65,000 year one.

• Ability to work in a cubicle 8hr per day
• Coachable with the ability to learn new skills
