Property Appraiser

Lyon County is seeking an individual who desires to be a part of the Lyon County Assessing Department. This position is responsible for the inspection and appraisal of agricultural, residential, commercial/industrial and personal property; and work involves outside “field” inspections as well as in an office setting. Minimum requirements: Two-year degree with experience in real estate, building construction, property appraisal or two years of related college level course work.
