Residential Real Estate Appraiser in MN and WI - Must have a State Appraisal License
Looking for more than an Appraiser. A Fast-paced and busy residential real estate firm looking for full-time professional real estate appraiser. A Candidates must know their way around an office environment and be able to demonstrate computer and software proficiency.
Candidates must:
- Have a team-based attitude and a pleasant disposition,
- possess a strong attention to detail,
- have excellent organizational skills,
- demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills,
- uphold strict level of confidentiality,
- be able to work independently, and
- Must be State Licensed.
Requirements:
- Possess a minimum of a 2-year associates degree, bachelor's degree preferred
- Must hold a State Appraisal License
- Be able to pass a background check
- Have a clean driving record
- Maintain a reliable vehicle
Compensation will depend on experience, but pay will increase as proficiency and skill level increases, particularly once a license level has been obtained. The road to becoming an appraiser requires a 2+ year apprenticeship. A Part-time appraisers within our firm earn around $40,000 per year with our full-time certified appraisers earning over $100,000 per year.
401K after 1 year of employment.
