Looking for seasoned residential appraiser who is familiar with completing URAR and other residential appraisal forms, who has had it with being out in the field. No inspecting required. This position is to assist in writing up reports using subject data and comparable sales data provided by the appraiser. Pay would be 20% of fee for each report and paid on a weekly basis. No analysis, no comp selections and no signing of the reports would be required. Just need someone to get the report ready for final phase of analysis and opinion of value development by the appraiser. Company will provide access to appraisal software and MLS (if needed). Ready to hire ASAP - but have limited time to train, hence seasoned appraiser is a must.
