Licensed Trainee Real Estate Appraiser

A certified local real estate appraiser is looking for a motivated Appraisal Trainee to join the team. No prior experience is necessary — full training will be provided. This is not a sales position.

Responsibilities:

Assist in inspecting residential properties
Take detailed photographs and accurate measurements
Create sketches and floor plans
Conduct research using local real estate databases
Support the appraiser in compiling reports and analysis

Requirements:

Reliable transportation (travel between properties required)
Strong analytical and organizational skills
High attention to detail
Ability to work independently and learn quickly
Basic computer skills
