Illinois Licensed Appraiser TraineeRequirements

• Illinois State Approved Trainee License (Required)
• Active education plan toward Certified Residential
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to take direction and work collaboratively
• Reliable transportation
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
• 1099 Independent Contractor status

Compensation
