General Certified Real Estate Appraiser

Miller Samuel, Inc. is looking for a General Certified Real Estate Appraiser on a consultation/fee split basis. This person would be versed in commercial valuation work in the New York City market with a specialty in income-producing properties, development sites, and replacement cost.

The ideal candidate will be General Certified and/or an MAI with a minimum of five years of experience in the Tri-state area, and must have strong organizational and writing skills.

The position could be hybrid or full-remote, depending on the candidate, and has the potential of becoming full-time depending on performance and volume.
