Florida State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser

Clayton, Roper & Marshall has openings for a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser or a state Certified trainee with a minimum of three/four years' experience. The successful candidates will have the ability to complete various tasks, projects and assignments in connection with commercial real estate valuation and consulting assignments. The applicants will perform detailed market research and conduct various surveys for project analysis and problem solving for the client. Candidate should be knowledgeable and proficient with WORD, EXCEL, COSTAR, Various County webpages and search engines. Advanced writing skills are essential.
