Field Appraiser

Job Summary

We are a property valuation company working with municipal assessor offices across Western and Central Massachusetts. We are seeking a Field Appraiser to collect and verify property data and photographs in assigned communities.

Duties

• Visit properties to verify descriptive elements and collect data
• Take clear, accurate property photographs
• Record and input data using company - provided systems
• Perform data entry and related computer work (incuding during inclement weather)
• Maintain professional interactions with the publc as a representative of the company

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• Ability to travel approximately 50-150 miles per day
• Basic computer skills (data entry, general navigation)
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical activity (walking, bemding climbing stairs)
• Prior experience in property data collection, appraisal, or similar field work is a plus,but not required

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
