Field Appraiser

Are you looking to join a team in the fastest growing county in the state? The Canadian County Assessor’s Office has an opening for a full-time Field Appraiser. Major areas of responsibility will include:

Physically inspect, measure and collect property data characteristics for valuation purposes
Ability to independently work outside throughout the year
Input, monitor and adjust valuations using ownership database on mobile device
Interact with property owners to answer questions regarding their valuations

Real estate appraisal experience and college degree preferred. Ideal candidate is required to pass state accreditation tests. Computer proficiency, good communication skills, and a valid driver’s license with good driving record required. Salary commensurate with skills and experience; benefit package included.

receive. In addition to base salary, employees receive $780—$1,828 per month by opting into our benefits

opportunities. Monies leftover from the allowance are taxable earnings. Our benefits exist to make sure our

employees are well taken care of. All Full Time Employees are eligible for our Benefits allowance.
