Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive on-site inspections of residential properties to gather detailed data on condition, features, and market characteristics.
• Analyze property data using advanced financial software and GIS (Geographic Information Systems) tools to develop precise appraisals.
• Apply thorough knowledge of real estate appraisal principles, fair housing regulations, and local market trends to determine accurate property values.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and appraisal reports that clearly communicate findings, methodologies, and conclusions to clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure all appraisals adhere strictly to industry standards such as USPAP (Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice) and relevant federal and state regulations.
• Collaborate with mortgage lenders, government agencies, investors, and other professionals to support various real estate transactions.
• Stay current with changes in tax laws, LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) regulations, construction developments, and market dynamics that impact property valuation.
