Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Desktop Staff Appraiser. The Desktop Staff Appraiser will be responsible for completing real estate appraisals, ensuring compliance with appraisal standards, researching property data, and analyzing property values. The role also involves producing accurate and timely appraisal reports, communicating findings, and collaborating with the team to meet service standards.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in property data research, market analysis, and valuation methodology
- Proficiency in preparing and reviewing detailed appraisal reports
- Understanding of appraisal standards, compliance, and regulatory practices
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for engaging with clients and team members
- Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in appraisal software and technology platforms
- State Appraiser Certification or License is required
- Previous experience in residential appraisal is preferred
