Texas Commercial Appraiser Contract Hybrid

Job Description

Texas Commercial Appraisals

Contract Commercial Appraiser (Non-Lender Focused)

  • Locations: Texas (San Antonio, Austin, Houston, Dallas, El Paso)
  • Position: Commercial Appraiser – Contract – Hybrid

Texas Commercial Appraisals is one of the fastest-growing independent commercial appraisal firms in the State of Texas. Due to our extensive growth, we are looking for additional independent appraisers to complete commercial appraisals on a contractual basis.

We focus on non-lender clients, and the majority of our client base consists of individuals in search of appraisals for establishing listing prices, estate planning, divorces, probate, as well as some occasional private lenders. Accordingly, the vast majority of our engagements warrant RESTRICTED REPORTS in compliance with USPAP 2-2(b) and can be completed quickly and efficiently.

We pay twice a month, upon completion of each assignment, with an extremely competitive and generous fee split. This is a prime opportunity to increase your workflow during these turbulent times in the market with little to no stress. In addition, you work at your own pace remotely with minimal oversight. We offer reasonable turn times and provide you the opportunity to build a steady workflow as we continue to rapidly grow.

We are currently in search primarily for:

  • MAI Designated Appraisers
  • Certified General Appraisers (State of Texas)
  • Particularly in the San Antonio, Austin, and surrounding areas, as well as East Texas
  • Licensed Appraisers (in any capacity) that are willing to complete site visits and inspections for commercial experience hours
  • No Appraiser Trainee offerings are available currently

We also have available opportunities in all other areas throughout Texas including Houston, Dallas, and El Paso, as well as more rural areas throughout the state.

We welcome the opportunity to discuss this endeavor with you in more detail.
