We’re seeking a motivated Commercial Real Estate Analyst to join our Jacksonville office. This role covers a diverse territory throughout Northeast Florida, the Florida Panhandle, and surrounding markets.

You’ll work alongside a dedicated supervisor on valuation assignments across multiple property types and purposes, including:

  • Financial reporting
  • Acquisitions
  • Mortgage lending
  • Portfolio analysis
  • Feasibility studies
  • Litigation support
  • Eminent domain
  • Estate planning

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior Certified General and MAI-designated professionals on a wide variety of assignments
  • Conduct property inspections with supervisor
  • Perform subject and market research and analysis
  • Prepare components of detailed appraisal and consulting reports tailored to client needs
  • Contribute to high-profile projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Participate in and support the growth of the Jacksonville office

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and valuation/reporting tools (e.g., Argus, Excel, CoStar)
  • Self-starter mindset with a passion for professional growth
  • Collaborative and responsive approach with leadership and coworkers
  • Basic understanding of valuation principles, commercial real estate terminology, and property tax jurisdictional processes a plus

Education & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Active Florida Trainee Appraiser License a plus
  • Reliable personal vehicle and valid auto insurance required for territory travel
  • Applicants must be based in the Northeast Florida (Jacksonville) market
