We’re seeking a motivated Commercial Real Estate Analyst to join our Jacksonville office. This role covers a diverse territory throughout Northeast Florida, the Florida Panhandle, and surrounding markets.

You’ll work alongside a dedicated supervisor on valuation assignments across multiple property types and purposes, including:

Financial reporting
Acquisitions
Mortgage lending
Portfolio analysis
Feasibility studies
Litigation support
Eminent domain
Estate planning

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with senior Certified General and MAI-designated professionals on a wide variety of assignments
Conduct property inspections with supervisor
Perform subject and market research and analysis
Prepare components of detailed appraisal and consulting reports tailored to client needs
Contribute to high-profile projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Participate in and support the growth of the Jacksonville office

Qualifications

Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and valuation/reporting tools (e.g., Argus, Excel, CoStar)
Self-starter mindset with a passion for professional growth
Collaborative and responsive approach with leadership and coworkers
Basic understanding of valuation principles, commercial real estate terminology, and property tax jurisdictional processes a plus

Education & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required
Active Florida Trainee Appraiser License a plus
Reliable personal vehicle and valid auto insurance required for territory travel
Applicants must be based in the Northeast Florida (Jacksonville) market
