Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Review Appraiser to join our a Commercial Review Appraiser, you will play a crucial role in evaluating and reviewing commercial property appraisals to ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

· Review and analyze commercial property appraisal reports prepared by external appraisers to ensure all appraisals comply with regulatory, client, and company requirements and meet industry standards.

· Verify the completeness and accuracy of appraisal reports

· Determine the utilized scope of work is appropriate for the appraisal assignment, acceptable methodologies are employed, and conclusions are adequately supported with relevant market data.

· Identify errors, omissions, or inconsistencies in appraisals and effectively communicate revision requests to appraisers to obtain acceptable reports.

· Collaborate with internal teams and client representatives to address any appraisal questions, concerns, or reconsideration requests.

· Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to commercial real estate appraisal.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree and Certified General Appraiser license.

· Experience as a Commercial Appraiser, with a focus on reviewing commercial property appraisals.

· Strong knowledge of commercial real estate markets, valuation techniques, and appraisal principles.

· Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements, including USPAP and Interagency Guidelines.

· Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.

· Detail-oriented with the ability to identify errors and inconsistencies in appraisal reports.

· Effective oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficient in using basic office software

· Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
