What You’ll Do
You’ll step into a role similar to an Appraiser Trainee—learning by doing:
Dive into real market research on commercial properties Analyze rents, sales, and market trends Build and work with Excel-based valuation models Assist in preparing real appraisal reports used by clients Connect with brokers and industry professionals Support live deals and active assignments Collaborate with a high-performing, team-oriented office
