Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position in Wellsley, MA, though for the right candidate we would consider part time or contract positions. The Commercial Real Estate Appraiser will be responsible for evaluating and appraising a variety of commercial and residential real estate properties, analyzing market data, and conducting in-depth research on property types, market trends, and comparable appraiser will prepare detailed appraisal reports, collaborate with clients to understand their specific objectives, and ensure accuracy and compliance with industry guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Real Estate Appraisal, Appraising, and Appraisal methods
• Proficiency in Commercial Real Estate analysis practices and market analysis
• Expertise in property Valuation and assessing a variety of commercial property types
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with industry regulations and standards for appraisals
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
• State certification or license as a real estate appraiser (preferred)
