KO Appraisal, Inc. provides appraisal services for a wide range of real estate properties including industrial, office, retail, multifamily, and special purpose real estate in the State of California. We also offer consulting assignments such as feasibility studies for future development, market rent disputes, easement and right of way analysis, and legal proceedings regarding real estate team is dedicated to meeting the diverse valuation needs of our clients.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser based in the San Diego, Los Angeles, or San Francisco with the flexibility to work from home for part of the time. The appraiser will be responsible for evaluating a wide range of property types, preparing detailed appraisal reports, conducting market rent analysis, and providing valuation consultation services. Day-to-day tasks will include site visits, data collection, analysis, and collaboration with clients and team members to ensure accurate and comprehensive appraisal reports.

Qualifications

Experience in Commercial Real Estate Appraisals
Ability to conduct detailed market rent analysis and prepare comprehensive appraisal reports
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently
Proficiency in appraisal software and MS Office Suite
Certification or licensure in real estate appraisal is required
