Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser, located in Orlando, FL. The Commercial Real Estate Appraiser will be responsible for conducting detailed appraisals of commercial properties, preparing comprehensive appraisal reports, and providing accurate property tasks will include site visits, market research, data analysis, and collaborating with clients to deliver exceptional appraisal and consulting services.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Real Estate Appraisal, Appraising, and Valuation
Experience with Commercial Real Estate appraisal
Strong analytical and research skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field
Certification as a general real property appraiser preferred
Experience in property management is a plus
