Commercial Real Estate Appraiser – Multifamily (Los Angeles / Orange County)

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Appraiser to join our team, specializing in apartment valuation across Los Angeles and Orange County. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who values accuracy, independence, and professional growth.

Responsibilities

Perform detailed inspections and valuations of commercial real estate, focusing on multifamily and apartment properties
Communicate clearly and efficiently with all parties involved in the appraisal process
Research, analyze, and verify market data including rent comparables, sales transactions, financial documents
Prepare comprehensive written appraisal reports in compliance with USPAP standards, client guidelines, and state regulations
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market trends, regulations, and economic factors impacting apartment valuation

Qualifications

Certified General Real Estate Appraiser License in California (required)
Solid knowledge of income and sales comparison approaches
Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
Proficiency with CoStar, MLS, Excel, and Word
Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines with accuracy and professionalism

Location

Position based in Los Angeles or Orange County working from your home office
