Commercial Real Estate Appraiser

Orion Appraisals, Inc., located in the Minneapolis/St. Paul Metro Area, is currently seeking qualified appraisers for a hybrid position. While the role can primarily be work-from-home, in-person site inspections are required. This is a full-time position. Part-time arrangements may be considered.

Commercial Real Estate Appraiser

Ideal candidate has at least one year of commercial appraisal experience.
Trainees and Residential appraisers interested in transitioning to commercial work may be considered.
Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Compensation & Benefits

Position is commission-based.
Fee splits based on experience and qualifications (likely pay range is $45,000 to $125,000+).
