Class A assets

across

all

commercial real estate sectors

for leading global institutional funds. Our client base represents over 75% of the top 100 global investment funds.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver credible and timely valuations for a wide range of commercial property types
• Travel

to exciting cities

for

meetings and

property inspections

• Collaborate with analysts,

managers, and leadership to ensure accuracy and quality

• Interact with clients and their representatives to insure

professionalism and integrity

• Engage with evolving technology and templates designed to streamline workflows

What We’re Looking For:

• Active Certified General Appraiser license
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability and willingness to travel

each quarter

• Proficiency with

Argus Enterprise

software
