Sammartino, Stout & Lo Presti, Inc. is a well-established regional appraisal firm based in Erie, PA, with over 35 years serving western Pennsylvania, eastern Ohio, and southwest New York. We specialize in the valuation of commercial, retail, and industrial properties and we're looking to add an experienced appraiser to our team.

What the role looks like

You'll work on diverse assignments for financial institutions, attorneys, taxing bodies, condemning authorities, and more producing narrative appraisal reports across a varied regional market. Your week will be split between in-office work and field time.

You're a fit if you

Hold a Certified General Real Estate license, are detail-oriented, organized, a strong writer, have solid analytical, research, and problem-solving skills, are proficient in Word, Excel, and industry databases, and can reliably commute to or relocate to Erie, PA.
