Sammartino, Stout & Lo Presti, Inc. is located in Erie, Pennsylvania, and has over 30 years of experience offering commercial, retail, industrial, multi-family, and special use real estate appraisal and consulting services. We serve the tri-state area, including regions in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and New York, and provide appraisal services for purposes such as mortgage financing, tax appeal, condemnation, divorce, and partnership buyout. Our primary market includes numerous counties throughout Pennsylvania, Ohio, and New York, and we handle additional regions on a case-by-case basis.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Erie, PA, for a certified Real Estate Appraiser or an Appraiser Trainee. The Real Estate Appraiser will be responsible for conducting appraisals of commercial, retail, industrial, multi-family, and special use properties. Daily tasks include site inspections, data collection and analysis, valuation reporting, and compliance with regulatory and client requirements. Full benefits. Compensation varies.
Qualifications
- Skills in Real Estate Appraisal
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Experience in Valuation and Appraisal tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and onsite
- Certification or license in real estate appraisal is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or related field is preferred
