Commercial Real Estate Appraiser

Lipman Frizzell & Mitchell LLC is seeking an experienced commercial real estate appraiser in our Howard County office serving the Baltimore-Washington D.C. Metropolitan area. Our office provides appraisals and valuation assignments in and around Baltimore, Washington D.C., Northern Virginia, Western Maryland, Southern Maryland and Delaware. We provide a competitive fee split structure and a benefits package including medical insurance and an education allowance. Application requirements include a certified general real estate appraisal license, college degree, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and excellent report writing skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
