Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in Boise, ID, for a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser. This is a commission-based position. It involves conducting thorough appraisals of commercial real estate properties, preparing detailed valuation reports, analyzing property data, and assessing market trends. The Appraiser will collaborate with clients, property owners, and other stakeholders to provide accurate assessments and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Real Estate Appraisal and Appraisal techniques
• Expertise in Commercial Real Estate, including market trends and property types
• Strong skills in Valuation and property analysis
• Detail-oriented with the ability to produce accurate and comprehensive appraisal reports
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities
• State certification or licensure in real estate appraisal is required
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field is advantageous
• Proficiency in relevant appraisal software is preferred

Education and Work Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Completion of required coursework for an Appraiser Trainee license within 3 months of hire.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local property inspections.
• Must be based in Boise
